Mapping Risks and Opportunities for Cohesion Policy and Regional Development
This study, authored by Eulalia RUBIO (Jacques Delors Institute) and Cinzia ALCIDI (CEPS), assesses how the proposed National and Regional Partnership Plans (NRPPs) Regulation restructures the support relevant to Cohesion Policy and regional development. Based on this analysis, it formulates policy recommendations on how the Proposal could be adjusted to better achieve cohesion objectives.
The study was commissioned by the European Parliament’s Policy Department for Regional Development, Agriculture and Fisheries at the request of the Regional Development Committee.
