Stefan Kah is a Research and Knowledge Exchange Fellow at the European Policies Research Centre (EPRC) in Glasgow (Scotland) and Delft (Netherlands), as well as Capacity Building Advisor for Integrated Sustainable Territorial Development at UNOPS Serbia. His area of specialisation is the governance and implementation of regional and rural development policy, with a focus on the territorial dimension of EU Cohesion Policy and on LEADER and CLLD. Over the last few years, he was involved in a series of studies on Community-led Local Development (CLLD), looking at its application in rural as well as urban contexts, and at its implementation challenges. Most recently, Stefan has been working on the 2014-20 ex-post evaluation of territorial instruments supported by EU Cohesion Policy and in a transnational project looking at innovative approaches in LEADER.
