Petri Rinne has worked as a LEADER Local Action Group Manager in SW Finland since 2001. Aside with his main post he has been consulting in LEADER bottom-up rural development method dissemination in the new EU member states, the Balkan area, Russia, Mozambique and the Republic of South Africa. In 2008 he published “A LEADER Dissemination Guide Book” together with an OECD place-based policies expert Philip Wade. Currently Mr Rinne also holds a two-year Presidency of ELARD, European LEADER Association for Rural Development.
