Key thinker and analyst of local development in Europe for the past 20 years. Formerly a member of the Cellule de Prospective in the European Commission during the 1990s. Then at Notre Europe – the Delors think tank based in Paris and now deputy Chef de Cabinet in the Committee of the Regions.
More recently Marjorie led the team on the ADETEF Study on Local Development in Cohesion Policy.
